When I founded Balance Therapy, my intention was simple. I wanted to create a space where people feel safe enough to be honest. Not judged. Not labeled. Just understood.

As a Psychological Counselor and Life Coach, I work primarily with evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while also drawing from humanistic and integrative methods. But beyond techniques, what matters most to me is connection. Real healing begins when you feel heard and respected.

I practice through a queer-affirmative and intersectional lens, ensuring that every individual feels valued and free to be their authentic self.

For me, therapy is a shared journey toward clarity, resilience, and self-trust. And when you are ready, I am here to walk that path with you.
